At AVEY®, we work to provide a safe, discreet, and efficient shipping service, ensuring that our intimate hygiene and sexual wellness products arrive in perfect condition, regardless of the destination country.

We offer international shipping to multiple markets, including Mexico and other countries.


Delivery Timeframes

The delivery process is divided into two phases:

This period includes:

  • Order confirmation

  • Product preparation and verification

  • Quality control

  • Discreet packaging

2. Shipping Time

🚚 Approximately 5 to 9 business days, depending on the destination country.

Orders are shipped from international fulfillment centers.


Important Information

  • The estimated delivery times do not include potential delays caused by customs clearance, inspections, or tax procedures in the destination country.

  • During high-demand periods (holidays, promotional campaigns, or peak seasons), delivery times may be slightly extended.


Shipping Options & Costs

Standard Shipping (with tracking)

✔️ Includes a tracking number once the order has been dispatched

Tracking details will be sent to the customer by email after shipment.


Shipping Insurance

All shipments include transport insurance covering incidents that may occur during transit.


Claims Process

In case of:

  • Damaged product

  • Order lost during transit

The customer must contact our customer support team within the following timeframes:

  • Damaged products: within 7 calendar days of receipt

  • Lost orders: within 14 calendar days from the estimated delivery date

Insurance Exclusions

Shipping insurance does not cover:

  • Pre-existing damage not caused during transportation

Order Modifications & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled, as processing and preparation begin immediately after confirmation.
