Refund & Returns Policy – AVEY®

General Information

At AVEY®, we sell intimate hygiene and wellness products designed to support pelvic floor strengthening and intimate well-being.

For health protection and hygiene reasons, and in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, the specific conditions outlined below apply.


Right of Withdrawal

Due to the nature of intimate hygiene products, returns are not accepted once the product has been opened, unsealed, or used.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Intimate stimulation devices

  • Therapeutic intimate devices

  • Pelvic floor strengthening devices

The right of withdrawal does not apply to these products once the protective seal has been removed after delivery.


Accepted Returns

Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

✔️ Defective product
✔️ Product damaged during shipping
✔️ Shipping error attributable to AVEY®

In these cases, the customer must contact our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the order.

The following information must be provided:

  • Clear photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging

  • Order number


Review Process

Once the claim is received:

  • Our team will review the case

  • If a defect or damage is confirmed, we will offer either:

    • A replacement product, or

    • A refund of the corresponding amount

The resolution will be communicated by email within a reasonable timeframe.


Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products without original packaging

  • Claims submitted outside the stated timeframe

  • Products that have been improperly handled or misused


Return Shipping Costs

In the case of an approved return due to defect or damage:

  • The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

In all other cases, returns and refunds are not applicable.
